@FitbitSupport Not the experience I wanted to have either after spending a lot of money on a product. But if @fitbit won’t replace it, I guess nothing can be done other than I won’t be spending more money on @fitbit products. I know I’m a small fish in a big sea but customer service matters.

Pretty sad for my 5 year old. He was so excited for his @fitbit Ace 2 for his bday last week (March 28). By Thurs, April 1 we noticed a large scratch on the screen! I thought, no problem, @FitbitSupport is supposed to be top notch, why went with them for an expensive kids watch

@FitbitSupport And feedback: if your screen is so easily scratched on a child’s item, include screen protectors. I’m just SHOCKED that @fitbit wouldn’t back their products.

@FitbitSupport Accidental damage in less than a week on a screen meant for children is a factory defect in the screen. I have heard of people getting a brand new fitbits after years before their warranty is up. I just want a screen that isn’t scratched for a product I just bought for a child.

So word to the wise, don’t waste money on the @fitbit Ace for kids. We for sure won’t be buying anymore @fitbit products.

Contacted @FitbitSupport and was told, even though this is a device for children that is clearly defective if scratching in less than a week, it’s not covered under @fitbit warranty. He is so sad. He has to hold it the right way to even read his steps.

By "nothing" I mean the phone wait time is over an hour and chat just keeps saying "no one is available." I just want to change my order to store pickup and pick it up with the safe curbside option you're advertising! Maybe one day shipping shouldn't even be an option right now!

I can't change it to store shipping. Have been trying for 2 days to get customer service on the phone or chat and nothing. I can't go into the store with 3 kids right now and co-vid risk. So, thanks @BestBuy for making my kids disappointed that they won't have a gift 4 dad Sunday
