When $FRAX is minted $FXS is burned.

Attached is the supply correlation chart. There is a large divergence between the price of $FXS and $FRAX supply. Meaning that $FXS could converge with $FRAX bringing the price up to $50-60 from $19.

$ETH's price will likely crash and even with a recovery it will likely shine light on the next blockchain in line to win the majority approval, and indicate the new potential front runners in DeFi.

The intension of $ETH 2 is to significantly reduce gas fees to allow for mass adoption and scalability.

Lower fees = more users, more adoption. (ideally)

However, right now gas is what is mainly driving ETH growth.

Possible Outcome:
Once there is a release date for $ETH 2, the price will pump on blind speculation.

Once $ETH 2 is deployed, it will reduce the gas fees significantly faster than it will onboard new users which will cause the fundamental value to drop. (temporarily)

But insiders realize each cycle brings the capital needed to invest in critical infrastructure.
