@merseyrail denying my 66 year old dad a seat in the train due to to him being “unsteady on his feet” about 8 week after a knee surgery. Absolutely disgusting at Liverpool Central and being squared up to by the member of staff who denied him entry. What are you going to do???

@merseyrail You have all the details you need. One of your staff denying a 66 year old man entry to a train because he was unsteady on his feet, this obviously being due to having a knee replacement 8 weeks prior. Awful treatment including the staff who squared up to me when questioning it.

Absolute frauds doing what you are doing to people, taking huge sums of money and purposely damaging ‘undamaged’ equipment upon return and denying refunds.

Pictures to prove all of this and will be contacting a solicitor to process the refund.
