Today, @WalkFlorrie set off on a very special journey from Dingle, Liverpool, to Dingle, County Kerry.
This isn’t just a trip away. It’s a journey made in remembrance of five of our @WalkFlorrie brothers who are no longer with us but will always remain part of our family.
Today, we carry with us the memories of John, Iain, Alan, Michael and Paul. We carry their laughter, their friendship, their stories and the impact they had on all our lives. Although they can’t walk beside us, they’ll be with us in every mile we travel, every conversation we have and every smile we share
Some people leave footprints that time can never erase. Today, we walk not because they’re gone, but because they will always be part of our journey #NeverAlone ☘️💚
Walking in a group not only benefits your physical health but also contributes to your mental well-being.
Connecting with others, laughing, and feeling a sense of belonging can boost your mood and aid better sleep. We @WalkFlorrie believe laughter is a medicine.
Please join us every Monday & Friday at @TheFlorrie leaving at 10.30 #NeverAlone ❤️💙
These lads never cease to amaze me, the support they have for one another is immense. @WalkFlorrie seems to bring the best out in people.
Helping one another is an amazing thing. To be a shoulder for someone to lean on when it’s needed is beautiful. Listening is a healer. conversation is medicine #NeverAlone ❤️💙
Love this picture. Means so much to me. Four years ago, @WalkFlorrie embarked on its very first well-being walk, stepping into the unknown with no clear idea of what the future would hold. What began as a simple initiative to encourage men to walk and talk has since evolved into a vital community-driven movement.
Over the years, @WalkFlorrie has grown stronger, not only in numbers but in its impact. From those early steps, the group has developed into a comprehensive support network, offering far more than just walking. Today, Walkflorrie provides counseling services, helping men navigate their mental health challenges in a safe and supportive environment. The social aspect of the group has flourished, creating a sense of belonging and camaraderie that many had been missing.
Beyond emotional support, @walkflorrie has expanded its reach into welfare assistance, ensuring that members have access to the resources they need, whether that be financial advice, housing support, or simply a listening ear. Furthermore, the group now helps individuals find pathways into employment, connecting them with opportunities and guidance to rebuild their confidence and future prospects.
What started as a walk has become a lifeline, proving that with determination, community spirit, and a willingness to grow, positive change is not only possible but inevitable #MoreThanAWalk #NeverAlone ❤️💙

Something a bit special today on the walk, we popped into @VictoriaGallery for some tea & some cake & welcomed our newcomer, Rob to @WalkFlorrie
They have an amazing exhibition on at the minute called ‘Toxteth, The Harlem of Europe’ with photography by Een Flounders celebrating black musicians from the 1940s, 50s & 60s, whose talent helped shape the sound of modern British music.
These pioneers helped pave the way for such acclaimed bands as @thebeatles@realthinguk & @thechristians #NeverAlone ❤️💙

@WalkFlorrie just keeps growing.
What started as a simple walk has become a lifeline for so many men.
Every week we see new faces, conversations starting & friendships forming, its support where it’s needed most.
We believe in one step at a time & we won’t stop till we break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health, while all time reminding men they’re #NeverAlone ❤️💙
It’s not about how far or how fast you walk… it’s about showing up
One step, one chat, one walk at a time
Keep coming back. Because every walk makes a difference
Warm welcome to Joe today on his first appearance, top man is our Joseph #NeverAlone ❤️💙
As we come to the start of a new year. 2025 was an amazing year for @WalkFlorrie thank you for your continued support & spreading awareness of mens mental health & ending the stigma surrounding it.
Our aim is to grow & help even more men next year thru spreading the message “it’s good to walk but even better to talk”. Happy New Year #NeverAlone ❤️💙
Boss walk this morning with @WalkFlorrie
We visited what has been christened The Florrie Triangle by Friends of Princes Park to spend some quiet time at the three cherry blossom trees planted in loving memory of Badger, Ian & Paul.
A peaceful spot, full of meaning
A reminder that they’re never forgotten and will always walk with us in spirit #NeverAlone ❤️💙
This morning @WalkFlorrie came together with the @FriendsOfPrincesPark for something truly special
We planted three cherry blossom trees in memory of our three fallen brothers, (Badger, Ian & Paul) a gesture of love, respect and remembrance.
Cherry blossoms symbolise renewal and hope, and it feels fitting that their legacy will bloom here for years to come #NeverAlone ❤️💙
