brutal and there’s a 90% he’ll be sacked one day, cos they all do eventually, but if it were me, this man deserves a 10 year contract tomorrow, and a statue outside the ground.
A true hero, a true gent, and a Geordie foroever. Long live King Eddie.
@NUFC
name, blokes that we otherwise wouldn’t recognise as fans. He made absolutely sure these guys were recognised for their efforts in making this club what it is.
I don’t think we’ll ever see another Eddie Howe, and frankly, I don’t want to. We know football management is (cont)
Forget the talent, the ability, the career, forget all of it.
The highlight today was not the bus going through town, it wasn’t the players raising the cup, it wasn’t Bruno’s interview.

@Sm0keyRobinson Keep faith that the owners have more brain cells than those ‘fans’ mate, he needs a minimum 5 years in the job imo, shouldn’t even be floated about the idea of replacing him in the summer, but I suspect this is mainly just the ‘twitter fan base’, or a section of it
@ToonMouthTyne The fact that anyone’s considering a replacement for Howe next year is madness. What do people think the plan was after the takeover? Appoint Howe then the second things aren’t going perfectly sack him? Away forms poor, that’s it, talking of sacking him in the summer is just 🤦🏻♂️
Yeah I think I’ve given up on twitter. First ‘wobble’ post takeover which is literally poor away form, we’re still 7th in the league and on a great run at home, and there’s people on here questioning if Eddie Howe should stay, this platform if horrendous #NUFC
@ManCity@premierleague From a Newcastle fan, that’s as good a performance anyone’s gonna see at any level. City looked incredible all over the pitch, Foden ran the show. Areas to improve for us, but aye City today 11/10 👏🏻
@ToonMouthTyne That was Man City at 100% on terms of their performance, exceptional all over the pitch. Deffo areas to improve for us, but they were just perfect today
