Whatever your opinion of Tony Blair as a former Prime Minister, he articulates with masterful clarity why Labour’s mad doubling down on net zero is frankly bonkers.
This video should be playing on a loop on every TV screen inside Parliament until net zero is scrapped.
You spent five years as Director of Public Prosecutions while industrial-scale child rape was happening across multiple towns in Britain. Rotherham. Rochdale. Telford. Oxford. Aylesbury. Thousands of girls mostly white, working-class, and from broken homes were being drugged, raped, and trafficked by grooming gangs.
You were not a junior official. You were the head of the Crown Prosecution Service. The most powerful prosecutor in the country. You had the authority and the evidence to act. You chose not to.
The victims were speaking. Social workers were raising alarms. Police officers were pushing for prosecutions. Instead, cases were dropped, victims were dismissed as unreliable, and the abuse continued. The system you led was paralysed by fear of being labelled racist. Political correctness mattered more than protecting children.
Now you sit in Downing Street and talk about justice. The hypocrisy is total. You built your career while those girls were being destroyed. While they were being failed, you were advancing. While they live with the trauma, you live with the title.
Your legacy is not the speeches or the robes. It is five years of silence and inaction that allowed one of the worst scandals in modern British history to grow unchecked. You had the power to stop it. You didn’t.
That is not leadership. That is complicity.
Just pointing out that I broke the story 7 months ago that Mandelson failed vetting from the security services and put it to Downing Street...so the idea that Downing Street only found out on Tuesday is complete nonsense.

@BonesMoses@teslavangelist I would have done the same in an ice car. The hatred of electric cars makes me laugh, reminds me of mobile phones in the 90s, everyone called you a yuppie 😂
@BonesMoses@teslavangelist Audi were the worst for lying about fuel efficiency because BMW were killing them in that department. I drive from Bristol to Norwich and charge once for 10 minutes whilst getting lunch.
