@RogersHelps I've tried but between working far too much overtime on at work this month and hold times, I've yet to get to speak with anyone. This evening we've been dropping connection constantly. These are my modem stats from around 9pm ESP
@RogersHelps our connection has been dropping out regularly for 2 days now in Ajax. Modem will disconnect (flashing green) then come back about 5 mins later. Is there something going on in the Ritchie Ave area? Saw a rogers truck on our street yesterday.
Now I have to wait for the manager to try to find it. How in the world can a delivery provider cancel an order on their end and it not get cancelled entirely on your end? And for that matter, how is the delivery company able to cancel one of your customers orders at all?
@ABCWineSpirits you really need to sort your new online ordering system. Delivery provider cancelled my order on Dec 11th. Spoke to the store today and while very nice, they had no idea it was cancelled, and didn't know how to find the order to refund it.
@MSFT365Status power apps and power automate are both down here. All users on the tenant have been unable to access either platform for the past hour or so
@PassportCan What should we do if the supporting documents for our kids passports haven't been returned? BOTH long-form birth certificates weren't returned and we got their new passports a month ago! I think by now it's safe to say they're not coming.
