@mototingle It’s quite simple. Filtering (known as "lane splitting" in some countries) means moving past queues of stationary or slow-moving traffic. Where there is 1 lane you can’t filter safely. End of.

@ian_wac @RoyalMailHelp Where’s the no unloading sign? Can’t see a thing! It's OK to stop briefly on double yellow lines to do so, but you must be continuously loading or unloading the whole time you're parked. There's also a time limit - 40 minutes for heavy goods vehicles
