- 16 pts, symptoms started ~7 weeks after ICI
- 11/16 had myositis/myocarditis
- Only 1 had +AChR Ab

Often clinical or via EMG (9/11 EMG+)
AChR Ab often negative
Common symptoms: ptosis, dysphagia, dyspnea
💊 Treatment:
All received steroids
11 IVIG, 5 PLEX
6 needed immunosuppressants
🕊️ 6 deaths (38%) from MG
