@NRA I treat people with spinal cord injury- PERMANENT paraplegia and quadriplegia from trauma, including gunshot wounds. I look after them for the rest of their lives, dealing with the complications, severe chronic pain, bedsores, infections. It’s what I do. That is my lane.
