Faith that is not lived out is not faith.

I’m sitting here listening to mariachi music wondering if other countries listen to country music with the same feeling of taste and culture

Walking in a circle will get you nowhere
It might feel like you’re making progress but
Movement and progress aren’t the same thing
Create a goal big or small and move toward that
We all need to strive toward something in our lives #Motivation #inspiration

I think a father’s job, when it’s done best, is to get down on both knees, lean over his children’s lives, and whisper, ‘Where do you want to go?’ Every day God invites us on the same kind of adventure. It’s not a trip where He sends us a rigid itinerary, He simply invites us.

[Bob Goff @bobgoff]

How we decide to receive and react to the really hard parts of our circumstances
shows us what our hearts are filled with.

“In the beginning was the Word. The Word was with God, and the Word was God.” John 1:1 TLV That’s how you begin a book!

A couple of LOTR-related Easter thoughts:
i. Jesus left His burial-clothes behind in the tomb, meaning that, like the hobbits escaping the Barrow, Jesus celebrated defeating death by 'running naked on the grass'.
(This MUST be in your head each Easter from now on. Sorrynotsorry.)
