2019 wrapped

A reminder: our music is published under a Creative Commons license because copyright is broken, it doesn't work for us small artists/labels and it's being heavily used to further enrich the 1%ers, censor free speech and destroy the Internet as we know (knew) it.

Fuck that.

[Crash Dept @crashdept]

@trillionband Wouldn't say this looks terribly delicious (but I ate it afterwards, yeah)

[Crash Dept @crashdept]

By the way if you wondered about the artwork process, well, here it is

@WeatnuRecords @grischa808 HEY IM NOT GOIN ANYWHERE

But the band, well, you have to let go sometimes. Keeping in touch!

[Crash Dept @crashdept]

And now for the bad news: this band is no more.
Interpersonal tensions and such, this time serious enough to call it quits. 1/

[Crash Dept @crashdept]

@trillionband Sorry it's sudden, didn't want it to go public before the release. Have been trying to find motivation to do the artwork and other pre-release stuff for months actually, as the mixed tracks were completed circa August. It's hard but everyone has to move on!

[Crash Dept @crashdept]

@trillionband Well, the band had been, um, not very alive for many years now. Most songs released had been written between 2009 and 2013, and this year when we started rehearsing again the incompatibilities bubble finally burst. Anyway, hope it's for the best. Keeping in touch!

[Crash Dept @crashdept]

Oh look, it's up on @decayfm!
Thanks so much G <3

Also congrats on the premiere @trillionband!

[Crash Dept @crashdept]

Of course new bands are to come. I'll post major updates here but generally this acct won't be used much (maybe you noticed I've been rarely logging in for quite a while). If you're interested in my humble persona, pls follow @grischa808. Otherwise, well, it's been a pleasure. 4/

IT'S UP! Killer Drifters # A Lovely Day, a double A side single. A slightly different direction this time, more into industrial rock territory so not sure how 'gaze community receives it. Anyway if you like your music heavy and abrasive, check it out.

Also, to hell with Black Friday, the price is zero/PWYW all year round.
