I can refuse to publish a wedding announcement for any group I believe is heretical to my religion. Jews, Christians, interracial married couples, and if you believe the bible, the disabled.

@OrinKerr How many of those cases said the 1st amendment Trump's the 14th? That non-merit based admission violates the 14th, even for private institutions, but not the military? That a state can acquire standing for an injury to a company not objecting to the law?

@OrinKerr You keep making this argument as if the cases that overturned precedent, redefined injury and made standing a new nebulous theory are part and parcel of the majority of cases decided by the court. If you can't acknowledge their aberration, then you can't be taken seriously.
