@flipkartsupport @Flipkart the customer service is so poor . They don’t know how to resolve queries they simply cancel the order and say ohhhh aapka time humare liye valuable nhi hai . After contacting them so many times , they did nothing about the query all they said “Sorry”

Machine transit me damage hui, par aapne order ko “cancelled by customer” dikha diya—jabki maine cancel kiya hi nahi. Processing fees bhi gayi aur pehle wala offer bhi nahi mil raha.
