@swtrains_watch@SW_Help@Heidi_Labour I had one denied. It just wasn’t worth the effort to ‘fight’ for a small amount. I find it galling that when tapping in / out with the @SW_Help card that delay repay isn’t automatically paid. That doesn’t cover turning up at Waterloo and waiting hours to find a train that goes
@SW_Help@swtrains_watch Trains from Walton in complete melt down. Over an hours gap. Why so many pre planned cancellations which when coupled with train failure it’s a massive fail
@swtrains_watch@SW_Help The new lifts at Walton which never work must be climbing up the charts swiftly
I don’t use / need them but brand new lifts and they never work
Not a good afternoon from Waterloo. 14-42 simply drops Walton on Thames as a stop after the time that 14-50
Is scheduled to depart. Luckily it was late and on a near platform. No advice / suggestion to catch it. Train apps required
So far today, 133 delayed trains. 32 cancellations.
3rd worst TOC in the UK. 📉
@SW_Help can’t handle a standard Tuesday, yet the government is taking victory laps on nationalisation.
Is this a railway to be 'proud of' @heidi_labour? The reality on the platform says otherwise.
@cityoflondon Is the Millennium Bridge under your management ? If so, can you enforce the ‘no cycles’ position. Too many tonight when full of people walking over a foot bridge
@JakubKrupa This is not promoted at the station. There is a big sign on the south side saying walk across the bridge. I daily see tourists struggling with this.
