DO NOT sign up for FIRST PREMIER HOME WARRANTY. They are deceitful and forked tongue. I am told, after they hired the tech, that they will only pay a small amount to cover it and send me a check for the small amount.The repair was priced at $600 and they won't barely cover $200.
