I am obviously having to return the smaller one, but don't expect this from a brand like H&M

Hi @letsblinkit , I ordered a crate of 30 eggs on Wednesday (9th Apr) and I consume 2 eggs a day. On 9th, the 2 eggs were fine. On 10th I got 1 green egg and ignored it thinking it might be one off. On 11th I got another rotten egg. On 12th I found both eggs to be rotten.

Ystrdy (12th) I tried to raise a complaint, the customer support chatbot informed me that my return window is closed. All I can do is leave feedback.

This brings back so much trauma from my past workplace, in July '23. And to think that they're still doing this in January 2024 to their employees!
My only consolation is that even my manager was laid off a couple months later.
Not to mention that the org is spiralling ⬇️wards XD
