How did Chris Buescher stretch gas mileage to 136 miles in stage 3 yesterday? Byron got 144 last year but had 7 cautions to help. I don’t remember the 17 having any cautions. #askDBC
@FreddieKraft@KarsynElledge3 I have a question for DBC Monday. How did Chris Buescher stretch gas mileage to 136 miles in stage 3? I know Byron got 144 last year BUT he had 7 cautions to help. The 17 had none.
@DustinAlbino Awesome call. Regardless he was in a horrible predicament otherwise and this has to give him a better ultimate situation than where he was.
@Hendrick9Team Guess some of these comments don’t age well since Chase held onto get the free pass and then stayed out on that quick caution to improve track position. Has to be an awesome situation given yesterday and where he started today.
@Hendrick9Team Since I choose to see the glass half full always. All drivers 5th thru 10th in points except Larson are starting 18 or worse. That helps.
@Hendrick9Team@NAPARacing Good news here is that all the cars 5th through 10th in points except Larson are starting 18 or worse. That does help a little. Gotta find a positive!
Fun fact: Chase Elliott ran the second highest amount of fastest laps tonight at 36.
All for naught because of Bowman though (thanks).
So clearly the speed was on point tonight, just really unlucky
🚨 REP. MARIA ELVIRA SALAZAR (Daughter of Cuban Exiles) SOUNDS ALARM ON RISE OF DEMOCRATIC SOCIALISTS OF AMERICA
“Very, very dangerous. Democratic Socialists of America are Marxists. When Marxism comes in, it’s very hard to pull it out.”
She warns most Americans (especially kids) have no point of reference for what socialism really feels like — “it burns on the skin.”
Pointed to Venezuela: Once the richest country in the Western Hemisphere with massive oil reserves — destroyed in 25 years.
“You need to feel it in order to reject it.”
History is the warning. Socialism sounds nice until you live it. America First means rejecting these failed ideologies.
“You see, down South, we don’t deal with all that tomfoolery that y’all are dealing with over there in New York City, California, Maine, Minnesota, or any of those woke states. We don’t deal with that.
You see, around these parts, yeah, around these parts, we believe in God, guns, and butter, and in that order.
God, and His name is Jesus Christ. Let’s not be confused.
Pretty much all of us concealed carry. There will be no “entering into every household in America.” That part. Catch it.
And we love to eat, so we put butter on everything. And I mean everything. That part.
And I did not mention it, but let me be very, very clear: God, guns, butter, but also, we are very, very commonsense and patriotic.
See, unlike Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, we know what a woman is. That part.
And there will be American flags flying in everybody’s yard, okay? So, if you have a problem with that, you may not want to move down South.
Yes, the homes are cheaper, but they look just as good as those high-priced homes y’all are paying for up North and on the East and West Coasts. That part.
We’re comfortable classifying all the white boys in the Cajun Navy as our friends. That part.
You see, when the tornadoes and hurricanes happen, they come on through, and they don’t care what color the hand is that they’re helping. That part.
Our men are not emasculated. At least around these parts, they ain’t.
And chivalry sure enough ain’t dead.
And last but not least, we believe in keeping our babies around here, okay?
So, I lied to your oddball over there: You will not be entering into every household in America. And all that yelling and screaming in pro-lifers’ faces around these parts doesn’t work.
You feel me? Because we hit back. That part.
God bless. Welcome to the South.”
@ecnsc@FitztheG9@streetcircuited You are probably right. At the time I thought it was the 48 because I thought he was right behind the 9 on that restart or shortly after it. But it could have been either.
