@countretto_1@Avabelly__ They make $17/hr where I live and still get angry when tipped less than what they think they should receive. I had a $400 meal a few months ago and thought the server was medeorcre and I still tipped 20%. I thiught abiut tipping less and I shoujd have.
@PatriciaSansost@TheGatorsAbba@GretchenPSmith Same here. I don’t know if it’s in every state but many pay an hourly wage now. Out here in Cali I think it’s minimum wage or close. No way I’m paying 40%! Crazytown! I pay based on service, attitude, helpfulness etc. not a sign on the door telling me how much to tip. Nope.
@Mappy6984 I thought this was a college graduation party until she got to the Miami table. I think I got a typewriter for my high school graduation. Wow. Times have really changed. I went to Europe for my college graduation though,
@Avabelly__ No expectation of privacy what eyes can see from a public place. So people walking by can look all they want as long as they are off your property.
@LangmanVince I’ve been on 7 Disney cruises and had an amazing time! I hung out with people from all over the world and of all colors. I’ve never heard anyone complain of DCL being racism. My kids had an amazing time too. The only thing I can agree with her on is the food has gone down hill.
@MrPitbull07 I was a waitress in college in Texas back in the day. We were paid less than $2.50/hr so we lived off tips. The standard was a 15% tip if not more for exceptional service. Today in CA, they get minimum wage plus tips so I must say I think $40 for extra money is a nice bonus.
