@FL_Studio Hi there ~ I want to buy Signature for my son for Christmas and take advantage of the year-end sale ~ can I make an account in his name with my email, and can he change the email later? Can I purchase now, and he’ll download after Christmas? Thanks for any advice!
@FedEx 2/2 Sure enough, the package that I was supposed to receive over a week ago is just sitting at a local distribution center, with no updates and no movement. What in the name of all that is holy is wrong with your company that you can be so inept at your ONE JOB???
@FedEx 1/2 You are the worst. THE WORST!!! I very seldom have issues with UPS or USPS, but when I see that a package has been sent to me via FedEx I cringe, because I know there will be problems.

@tumitravel Do you use this account for anything other than self promotion? Do you care in the slightest about replying to customers who’ve given you their money and have issues with service and/or product quality?
I recently purchased a Tumi backpack for my husband, before learning about the issues with my daughter’s bag, and was confident in spending more on what I believed to be a quality product. After this experience, I no longer have that confidence, and neither does my daughter.
@tumitravel 1/ This is a photo of my daughter with the beautiful bag that she bought for her internship this summer. It was her first quality leather goods purchase, and she was thrilled with it, as you can see by her smile. Within a week of light use, ie carrying it to work
5/ I don’t want my daughter to go through this cycle of falling in love with a bag, only for it to be defective & unrepairable, all over again. This has been a very disappointing situation, and so frustrating as her first experience with a large purchase using her own money.
@Slate When I signed up for Slate Plus it was $40… now I see on my credit card statement a renewal charge of $119?!? You have got to be freaking kidding me. I’m cancelling right now, to avoid a charge of who knows how much next year 😡
@CrimeWeeklyPod@DerrickL@steph_harlowe Derrick, thank you for the explanation at the top of Part 2 on the reasons why the van would be considered joint property, even though it was registered to Gabby. That makes complete sense, and you clearly answered the question that I asked @steph_harlowe last week 👍 Gotcha! 😉
@steph_harlowe@CrimeWeeklyPod@DerrickL not to mention the leeway given to him by LE in both UT & FL, including the assumption that he was the owner of the van. Thanks for your reply, and for your passionate advocacy for crime victims. I’m a CW listener from ep1 & longtime YT follower, and I so appreciate your work!
@steph_harlowe@CrimeWeeklyPod@DerrickL Yes, but the ownership of Gabby’s van seems to be a matter of fact, distinct from the timeline. Hearing her van referred to as “his” hit me hard, given the way Brian tried to strip Gabby of her possessions, her self esteem, and her agency over her own life —
@steph_harlowe@CrimeWeeklyPod@DerrickL As bad as it was that Brian tried to take Gabby’s phone, it seems just as bad, if not worse, that he tried to lock her out of her van and take it from her, and I don’t understand why more people don’t talk about this aspect of both the Moab incident and his flight to Florida!!
@steph_harlowe@CrimeWeeklyPod@DerrickL Then, towards the end of the episode, Derek said that the Moab police left Gabby with *his* van and sent Brian to the hotel. No, Derek; NO. That was Gabby’s van, which she scrimped & saved to buy. It was registered to HER, and he tried to lock her out of it.
