In all seriousness, Greg Abbott’s and Ken Paxton’s (and all the Republicans’) refusal to debate their opponents is such an on the nose representation of how little respect they have for the people that they are running to serve.

They are flat out declaring that they are too high on their horses to be bothered with answering questions from us little folk. It’s how they campaign, and it is also how they govern.

We deserve leaders who show up. We deserve leaders who will listen. We deserve better.

Vote wisely this November.

@ThymeToBeBorn I love this idea & the terminology! When people take the time to really reflect on their experiences as kids & apply that to raising their own kids, I think that’s a beautiful way to love. I also firmly believe people’s attitudes toward cats reflect theirs twd women, consent etc
