@nonBPDspouse Honestly it’s really hard to be self aware. Hard work. And sometimes knowing how self aware you are makes episodes and anxieties/paranoias cause U to turn your rage inward. I struggle with this frequently. And not saying anything when you have fire in your veins is the hardest.
@CurvyQueer_ Yeah. My husband regularly doesn’t known how to help me. Yet I’m fine at the doctors. So apparently I’m pill seeking…..I have been very vocal about not wanting pills.
@CurvyQueer_ I hear ya. 2 chronic pain conditions. Waiting for more tests. I feel like I’m not being listened to which is a trigger all its own. I have an appointment buddy for those appointments now.
Hello friends!! My best friend just opened up his Etsy shop and loaded it with goodies. Check it out!! Phone cases, blankets and more!!! You won’t be disappointed. @Atticus_Sparks https://t.co/UHUbM8SIHu
What triggers someone with BPD is not at all for you to judge or decide if it “should” be a trigger. There is no universal criteria on what is “allowed” to be a trigger. Actions that don’t bother you at all may trigger someone with BPD & that is not your place to judge.
@nonBPDspouse I am very vocal about my mental and physical health. Especially since I’ve been tagged with another diagnosis. I find I have to explain to those in my circle why I am doing certain things. It helps....sometimes.
