@StarbucksUK when the ice machine isn’t working and they offer a hot version of the blonde brown oat shaken espresso and they give you semi skimmed milk by accident. Gutted. So glad I checked before drinking on my train journey home or I would have been unwell #lactoseallergy

@CostaCoffee I purchased a medium iced coconut latte with sugar free caramel and I also bought 4 packs of your 50p wildflower seeds tonight before I boarded the train. Just checked my bank is this correct??? Minus the £2.00 for the seeds, £7.15 for a medium iced latte???

@ScotRail Well, your driver said a train fault not an over headline fault. Two different reasons in my mind. I went for the 0657 to make sure I was able to get to my appointment on time. Now I’m going to be charged for missing it.

@Tesco substitutions in my home order this morning. Do your pickers not substitute for the same weight/number of washes? I’m 17 washes less for the substitution that was sent. Plus I think I’ve also lost out on the 4 for 3 offer and in the current cost of living, not great.

@Tesco I sent the item back with the colleague that brought my shopping. No confirmation that it was processed as a return. Had to wipe the shopping that was next to it due to it being nuts. Thankfully all items it was near were sealed.

@Tesco You’ve substituted this in my order today. We have a nut allergy in the household. Can this be removed before it’s sent to my household. Also why substitute choux pastry for cake? Surely there were other choices for choux pastry.

To also add, you colleague that tried to deliver only waited a minute for us to answer the door! Why did they not try leaving it with a neighbour? It was 16:40 pm so I’m sure one of them would have been in. So angry.

@RoyalMail you need to give people more time to answer their door. My elderly mother who is unwell and vulnerable rushed down the stairs which brought on an asthma attack. I understand your staff are busy at this time of year but patience and consideration for those the elderly

Why send this and nothing turns up. This item was dispatched on 1 Dec under your 48 guaranteed service. So now we’re on 11 days and according to your IVR system they can’t re deliver till Saturday. Can I speak to someone regarding this!

@Tesco hi ca you feed back to your Irvine store to pack my shopping better for transit when being delivered. The icing in ordered for my youth club has came all shattered. Clearly it’s been flung into the cart. Don’t have time to go and get replacements now. Disappointed.
