@Ryanair My mother almost 70 sitting in Gatwick since 5pm today per your instructions to be there 3 hours earlier than flight and is currently still sitting there waiting on information. Flight was suppose to leave at 20:35. No food or drinks offered NOTHING. DISGRACEFUL

@MissCharleyWebb I had this with my first child, it got so bad the teachers asked me to take him home, I ended up changing nurseries and haven ever looked back!!! He’s 13 now. It’s heart wrenching when it happens xxxxxx

@MissCharleyWebb I had this with my oldest when he started it got so bad even the teachers asked me to take him home, I changed the nursery he was going to and everything changed he was a new child, i never looked back and hes 13 now!!!!

@O2 Last night he rang AGAIN only to be told that they guarantee him a call to finally sort this mess out and Hes still waiting and NO CALL

@O2 Making matters worse He works on the Ambulance in London and desperately depends on his phone for work which I have explained each time
