Also can you train live chat agents to not just end chats without confirming if further help is needed- we had questions about a 2nd booking!!
@virginmedia please tell me why its £18.50 per month for broadband for new customers £66 per month for existing customers? I understand new deals will always be better than retention deals but that is disgraceful!!! £37.50 price difference- horrific!
