We’ve unleashed hell on earth, and it’s called Gaza. Through our actions and indifference, we’ve turned it into a place of unimaginable suffering and destruction. The devastation, the loss of innocent lives—it’s a stain on our collective humanity. The blood is on all our hands, and we should all bear the shame of what we’ve allowed to happen.
A little girl struggles to carry her wounded sister to their tent. The health system in Gaza is collapsing, leaving tens of thousands without treatment. The Ministry of Health warns that 25,000 injured people are trapped, desperately needing to escape Gaza for life-saving care, but they remain abandoned to suffer.
It is time for decisive action to prevent our rivers being used as open sewers. Let’s return them to people and nature.
