Warning for all: Never rent from @hertz! They can’t even explain their own receipt line items to me!
(Never mind that their website says the receipt will be sent instantly upon vehicle return and it took them 6 days)
@Hertz Returned car on Tue. Was told to leave key in car and go. I’ve received no conf in email or a receipt. Website says under Express Return “We will…instantly email you your receipt.” And your iOS app shows this since Tue. #Hertzreceipt This is not confidence inspiring.
Oh also I’ve been charged an additional $200 by you with no indication of what that’s for. I was giving Hertz another chance after a bad experience a few years ago, and this is not making me comfortable using you in the future. Also I’m Pres Circle for whatever that’s worth.
