Held a 3-day training for Health care workers and police gender desk officers drawn from Bungoma county on SGBV, evidence collection, and presentation in court.
A sensitization meeting on gender issues & how best to support and protect women, girls & other vulnerable people suffering sexual violence. The Bungoma County stakeholders are in attendance, Facilitated by pro-Bono lawyers and the Bungoma County GBV coordinator.
Last week, KCDF trained 41 participants from 23 nonprofits across 16 counties on fundraising, reporting, communication, documentation & safeguarding policies.
They are part of our Pamoja for Change Programme, fundraising for 50% of their projects while KCDF matches the rest.

Today, the elderly persons (58+ yrs) have been included in the #COVID19 priority list in the ongoing #COVID19Vaccination that was rollout by @MOH_Kenya two weeks ago. The move will see them vaccinated along side, health workers, and personnel in critical services. #AngamizaCorona
