@curiousFly2 Good luck, I hope you can get assessed and get the answers you need, although labels are unhelpful for some, others find it an enormous relief to be able to name and pinpoint something they experience and get targeted support

@PhDVoice @PostdocVoice I got rejected from all but 1 application. Im not even doing a PhD anymore- Im in a job that is much mroe rewarding and I am really glad! It seemed like the worst thing in the world for some time and my anxiety was off the charts. Now I'm happy and fulfilled, It will be ok!

@curiousFly2 You could go for an assessment, ADHD looks very different in women to men, and often is diagnosed very late (late 20s, 30s). Can also be associated with Autism spectrum, but an official assessment will help you get answers/ any help you need x
