Fitness influencer and researcher Dr. Stephanie Buttermore, who was engaged to Jeff Nippard, has died at 35.

According to a statement shared on Jeff Nippard’s Instagram, Stephanie Buttermore was known for her science-based content on training and nutrition, as well as her PhD research focused on ovarian cancer. Her passing was described as sudden, and a cause of death was not shared.
