Eight years in. New website, same essence.
We’ve spent the last 18 months rethinking how we work, what we stand for, and what we want to build next. The result is sharper, more honest, more us.

Partners, not vendors. We embed in our clients' teams instead of advising from outside. That's why on our new site, case studies don't have a credits list, they have an ecosystem map. The people who actually shaped the work, in the way it actually happened.
We @createdbymad are deep in brand and product design with the @gitpod team for their next chapter — @meet_ona. A new kind of engineering agent, built for security and scale. More coming this year. https://t.co/lLTCaNOFlr
With LIONLABS, we have been exploring how web design can lean into pure practicality whilst still being visually compelling.
With this pursuit of finding beauty in utility, our user interface strategy ended up being straightforward: bold, vibrant, and highly functional.
We had the rare opportunity to brand a lithium-ion battery containment and fire extinguisher company.
Introducing ✨LIONLABS✨
The brand borrows from the philosophies of safety design: learnability, efficiency, and memorability. More to come.
Happy holidays to all!
We hope you all have a wonderful time off.
We would like to thank all our friends, colleagues, collaborators, and clients for the exciting projects and opportunities we had the privilege to work on throughout the year.
We are thrilled to unveil our rebrand with Polyteia! Their GovTech platform now shines with a soft-hued palette, transforming data into actionable insights for city leaders.
At MAD, a priority has been set to increase the time allocated for visual experimentation. We urge our team to set aside client work and embrace a playful mindset at least once a week.
In 2024 we hope to share some of this work. Keep your eyes peeled!
We partnered up with MAD to bring our vision and first drafts to the next level. Thanks a lot for all your passion and amazing skills that you put into this project @createdbymad and @nchristowitz 🫶
New feature alert: our senior designer @meredithhattam recently sat down with @BusinessPunkMag to talk about the story behind her move from NYC to Berlin, and her journey becoming part of the team at MAD.
