Friendships can also be seasonal
There's a time for everything, "a time to keep and a time to throw away". Same with ending a friendship. You can joyfully end it when you sense God is leading you into a new season.
Surround yourself with people whom God called you to be with.
The Lord gives and He takes away and in both circumstances we are held by His everlasting love.
Sometimes the blessings are not on what He gives but on what He takes away. โจ
Beloved,
God's not done with you yet. This month will be a new chapter of God's goodness and grace upon you. Don't ever lose heart for He will fulfill His promises to you. โจ๐ฅ
If God speaks He will confirm.
Do what you have learned and received and heard from me, and seen in me, and the God of peace will be with you.
-Phil 4:9
God will not leave us without guidance and confirmation. It's up to us to pay attention and recognize it in our daily lives.
Humility is not about being weak or passive. It is recognizing that you need Godโs help, knowing you canโt truly succeed in your own strength. It is giving God the glory of every gift He has entrusted you.
Our God is merciful, loving and gracious, but at the same time, He is the God of justice. God also disciplines us through the consequences of our actions.
Godโs past work and victory in our life is a promise of His future blessing for us.
๐ปBeloved,
Try to look back how many battles God has won in your life. How far He has brought you and made His ways for your favor. He will fulfill His promises.
The outpouring of the Holy Spirit does not make a person godlier in an instant. A person can be wonderfully gifted by the Holy Spirit and yet very spiritually immature.
When we allow these to take the place of God in our lives, it will crush us. But when Christ is the pillar on which our life is built, these things will help us flourish.
Anything can be your god without you realizing it. It could be your work, school, ministry, your labels, dreams, etc. Putting these things above God is idolatry.
The only way you could get out of it is putting Him at the center of your life.
