My thesis on solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1 and why I decided to take over the CTO.
There are thousands of memecoins on Solana.
Most are competing for the same thing: attention.
But attention by itself is temporary.
My belief is that the projects that last will be the ones capable of turning attention into community, community into activity, and activity into measurable value for the ecosystem around them.
That is where I believe solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1 can be different.
I didn’t take over this CTO just because I liked the meme.
I took it over because I saw the foundation for something that could become much bigger than a memecoin.
And a major part of that thesis is @UsePaid
Through PAID’s infrastructure, activity around solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1 can generate fees that are routed back toward Solana.
Think about what that means.
Every new holder we attract.
Every person who discovers Solana through solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1
Every piece of content that expands our reach.
Every increase in activity around the community.
Potentially strengthens a flywheel where solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1 grows while value is also being directed back toward the ecosystem we are built on.
That alignment matters to me.
Most memecoins ask:
“How much attention can we extract?”
I want solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1 to ask:
“How much attention can we create and what can we do with it?”
Because memes are incredibly powerful distribution engines.
They cross borders.
They’re simple to understand.
They create communities faster than almost any traditional crypto product.
But imagine combining that distribution with an economic model designed to contribute back to @solana
That’s where solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1 becomes interesting.
Attention → Community
Community → Activity
Activity → Fees
Fees → Contributions back to Solana
Growth → More attention
That is the flywheel I want to build around.
And solana:98kfF7rmsg1QDUEoCqNE7g7M1FdrTt92TEp2CLzypump gives us infrastructure that can help turn this from an idea into something measurable.
The bigger ambition is for solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1 to become a recognizable Solana-native brand.
Not because we demand Solana’s attention.
Because we EARN it.
If this community consistently grows, brings users on-chain, creates culture, generates activity and contributes meaningful fees back into the ecosystem, eventually it becomes increasingly difficult to ignore what the cat is doing. 🐱
That is how I want @solana to notice solana:9U1f18idDeySFnYrurxqT1f5n5nE4g4Uk5LLzP69bh1
Through execution.
Through numbers.
Through contribution.
Through community.
Not through empty claims.
And long term, I see $SOLCAT becoming more than a token people trade.
The meme is the entry point.
The cat is the identity.
But the community can become the real product.
I want to build an ecosystem around that identity partnerships, campaigns, community initiatives, utility, content, events and new ways of using the economics behind $SOLCAT to support the Solana ecosystem.
The vision is simple:
If $SOLCAT becomes bigger, Solana should benefit from that growth too.
That is the kind of memecoin I believe is worth building.
I’m not here to promise anyone a price.
I’m here to build something people can measure.
Watch the community.
Watch the activity.
Watch the fees.
Watch what we build with PAID.
And most importantly, watch how much value this community can ultimately direct back toward Solana.
Today, people might see another cat memecoin.
My goal is that eventually they see one of Solana’s most recognizable community-driven brands.
We have to earn that.
And that work starts now.
Just a cat on @solana is here. 🐱🟣

We're just waiting for a "MEOW" in return ❤️😺
@Sprout_Fy Are you creating an easier way for kids to access their funds? The instructions you guys have are a little complicated for any non crypto/tech people.
ZEC and NEAR are not a coincidence trade. They are a closed loop.
ZEC is sitting around $1,200 with a $20B market cap after ripping hundreds of percent in three months. Grayscale’s ZCSH ETF pulled in about $460M in two weeks. That is the headline. The plumbing underneath is what matters.
NEAR Intents has now routed $2.17B of ZEC all time. Last 24 hours: $14.2M. Last 7 days: $42.6M. Last 30 days: $118.5M. Last 90 days from the weekly Dune series: about $308M. That is real size moving through a permissionless solver market, not a CEX withdrawal queue.
Meanwhile the Zcash network itself is actually using privacy. 4.87M ZEC is shielded, 28.8% of supply, roughly $5.9B sitting in the pools. Ironwood holds 3.89M of that after the Orchard seal and migration. Shielded transactions already printed a 59.3% share ATH earlier this year.
People are not just holding a ticker. They are putting coins in the dark.
This is the symbiotic piece most people still miss.
Zcash without a liquidity layer is a vault you cannot spend. You buy it on a KYC book, wait, withdraw, then hope you can get back out later. NEAR Intents flipped that. Zashi and Zodl let you swap BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT and a hundred other assets straight into ZEC, then shield it. CrossPay does the reverse. You pay from shielded ZEC and the other side receives USDT on Tron or ETH on Base.
Hayes said the quiet part out loud: you can send any asset to anyone on the internet from shielded Zcash using Near Intents.
So ZEC becomes usable private money.
NEAR becomes the rail that sells the shovels.
Every one of those swaps feeds Intents volume. Intents is already at about $27.8B all time, ~$3B in the last 30 days, ~$45M in lifetime fees. The fee switch flipped in February and protocol fees buy NEAR on the open market. Capture is still thin versus gross fees, but the flywheel is live: more private settlement demand, more Intents flow, more NEAR bought.
Pair data has even shown ZEC related routes eating a huge slice of Intents activity when ZEC is moving, USDT/ZEC alone has printed north of 27% of pair volume in recent snapshots.
That is why the correlation trade exists.
ZEC is the asset people want when they want privacy. NEAR is the execution layer that makes that privacy portable across 30 plus chains without a bridge circus. Zashi needs Intents to feel like a real wallet. Intents needs ZEC because privacy flow is sticky, high conviction, and it does not vanish when memecoins rotate.
One side is unstoppable private money. The other is the universal liquidity layer that finally lets that money leave the island and come back without doxxing the user.
That is not a narrative mashup. That is two products completing each other.
