If you are referring to Neanderthals, they are actually just really old humans, before the flood people lived over 900 years. Look up “acromegaly” it’s what people over 100 years old get. It’s an excess of growth hormone causing their head, hands and feet to grow. Think about what that would do over 900 years. It also explains why Neanderthals had bigger brains. Evolution can’t explain that.
