What's your “Why”?
Remember your “why” in all aspects of life! Remember, if you steer away from it, know it's never too late to readjust as much as needed.
Remember, Revise and Restart as much as it takes! Just don't quit!
The Army’s FY26 Retention Mission reinforces the commitment to Human Resource Continuous Transformation while retaining high-quality Soldiers and offering enhanced tiered monetary incentives.
Priority will be placed on longer service commitment and reclassification into critical Military Occupational Specialties, with commanders authorized to implement innovative policies.
@Dude_Cav And, commanders receive a promotion as they elevate through the ranks. A battalion CSM and a BDE CSM receive the same exact pay as the Ops SGM with far more responsibility. Just something to think about
@Dude_Cav Is it that they act this way or is it that they aren’t afforded the opportunity to serve within the capacity that they were selected for? CSM’s are senior enlisted advisors and although the title states command they do not hold
Command authority which limits their authority
@GigiLinda630 @JustInChirps Military should get paid and most banks cover our pay heck’s during this time in the event the government doesn’t pay is. Your son and his family should be fine
@AmericanAir day two of trying to leave Incheon airport and the service has been dismal at best! I understand mechanical issues but what I don’t understand is the lack of customer care to resolve the issue!
2ID DSB Champion Brigade retention team information table today at Pittman DFAC. Taking time out of the office to speak to soldiers and NCOs about the great Army Options and answer questions. #Army#USArmyRetention#SMA#2ID#StayArmy#CareerCounselors
@jpc0621 @lspesq53_lsp@soledadobrien It appears you’re trying to think of every reason other than what it could possibly be. I’m not saying it’s intentionally racist but I it’s certainly suspicious for Iowa to receive an invitation.
Spent most of my weekend in bed not feeling well. Decided to force myself up and look decent for a few. #naturalandcute#lovingme#mentalreset https://t.co/o5AYv5jtEP
I spent my evening reading Title 10 USC Code section 605 para (f)(2) and it’s a great program for officers and the force however it would be good to see the same provisions for the enlisted force who are frocked as well
I’ve been reading that frocking may be coming back and it made me dig into policy. Why is it that officers have the brevet program which allows for the officer to be paid for the rank they hold yet enlisted i.e. MSG serving in SGM/CSM position will not receive pay?
@Delta my two Delta flight delays will cause me to miss my international flight in a few hrs on another airline but your agent Dawn in Salt Lake City went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care and assisted with rescheduling! Thanks for great customer service!
No one could tell me back in 2000 when I was being chaptered out of the Army as a PV2 that I would return 7 years later as a PV2 and be honored to wear the rank of MSG! Thankful for great mentors and leaders who push me towards excellence. I’m just crazy enough to pay it forward
