@HSBC_UK@OmbsForSmallBus Email sent as requested - apparently the email address doesn't exist or is incorrect! At an utter loss as to what to do & apparently the complaints process doesn't work either
@HSBC_UK I've received an email this morning saying that they cannot respond via the online form and that i should do it via online banking - the point is i don't have an account because the loan is paid off and account is closed. I'm desperate and sick with worry.

@HSBC_UK I've received this standard reply on a number of occasions and have already sent this information and still have not even had acknowledgement that my email has been received!

@MartinSLewis Proving impossible to strike off my company despite having settled my BBL in October of last year. Cannot illicit any level of help from @HSBC so @beisgovuk objection to strike off remains. Clueless as to what to do next.

@TDPrescott@HSBC_UK My sympathies @TDPrescott I'm in the same position - been trying to raise a response since the 17 December - blood pressure rising - honestly awful disregard for customer service
