@jagograhakjago@consaff I have already filed a complaint on the portal and the status is not proceeding. @WhirlpoolCare@whirlpool_india are not responding to emails. The local representative doesnโt pick calls. The matter is 1 month old and there are no updates.
Itโs an office ac which is not working since 1 month. Multiple complaints and no resolution. They have even taken money but not doing anything and now have completely stopped replying. Even closed the support tickets without any confirmation
Itโs over 16 days that inspite of paying a large sum my issues are not resolved. Itโs an office ac and my city temperatures are crossing 40. If this is not resolved on priority Iโll be forced to go to consumer court as your company is responsible for the productivity loss
The next day ac stops cooling. I connect with Customer service again and 2 days later someone else come. Does something and says now itโs fixed. But the problem returns again. Now itโs been 5 days that Iโve been calling customer service. Writing emails to whirlpool.
The service guys are saying we will come but not coming and now they have even stopped attending calls. On emails the replies are template that sorry for inconvenience and we will take it on priority. But nothing happening since 5 more days and this is what your priority is
@whirlpool_india@WhirlpoolCare one of the worst experience. I raised a request on 15 march for ac problems. No one attended for a week and I kept calling and mailing. After 1 week a service guy comes charges me 4000 rs and says the issue is fixed.
