@MD_Labor Been up at 6 am to get rejected by a phone system 47 times, and sitting all morning for a call back that still hasn’t happened… three months no payment, no communication…this is how you take care of your residents? No help from anyone😡😡😡

@MD_Labor Can someone clarify for me the point of saying you need an interview to fix a hold on your account but never setting up a call or communicating in anyway that an interview was set up... account has been active for 3 months no payments or communication still.
