@goldcarcares the most unprofessional service I’ve used. They hired me a car, told me there was no need to look for damage as this had been done & on my return the guy walked straight to the front which looked perfect & “discovered” a scratch UNDERNEATH the bumper. Steer clear!

@BootsUK Diabolical service from someone on your helpline. I called because a delivery is late. I paid extra for next day delivery as the parcel is a birthday gift for tomorrow. My message said it would arrive between 10.54-1.54. The person said that was an estimate and hung up.

@talkSPORT The main thing that everyone seems to be missing here is the hypocrisy of Arteta. He was quite happy to say we should accept mistakes when he was having a sly dig at Klopp and Liverpool, then does a U-turn when a decision doesn’t go his way. He needs to grow up!
