@UPS / @Nike y’all need to get your stuff together. One says call the other and vice versa. I order an item and it should be delivered. Seems simple. How has it been 4 days later, no package, and I, the recipient is having to mediate this situation? Ridiculous.
.@UPS, its been 4 days since I was suppose to get my package and not update for you guys. Is it lost? Did it get returned to the sender? How and why do you keep customers guessing?
@UPS, Ya'll wild for this. Please tell me how you are trying to contact me? I've been on hold for over an hour trying to get ahold of YOU. All I want is my package. Is that too hard? Why list an Access Point you can't/won't deliver to?
@UPS why do you have to make receiving a package so difficult. And then make it hard to contact you to resolve the matter you created? Frustrating. Don't list an Access Point pick up if you will NEVER deliver it there.
Unacceptable experience on my recent trip from DC to NYC, @GreyhoundBus! Unexpected operator change, terrible AC, no WiFi, dirty and smelly bathroom onboard and a dangerously broken cargo door flapping the whole way. Seriously disappointing and unsafe experience.
As a LONG time @AlaskaAir & Visa Signature card holder, I've never been so disappointed by the lack of accommodation after our flight was canceled. This put our pre-paid hotel and non-refundable show tickets at risk. Unacceptable.
@Rakuten I attended the Warriors’ jersey launch on Saturday. You had a promo: if I spend $75+ with credit card linked to my Rakuten account, I'd get a free hoodie. I was told I’d get an email within 24hr to request it. It’s been more than 48hr and nothing. No cash back either.
@HOMAGE disappointed my very anticipated Homage x Starter Pullover was “returned to the sender” for insufficient address especially after one attempt (USPS). Turns out my full address was on the shipping confirmation email when it shipped so not sure what happened at Homage.
The worst part about this @Nike fiasco this morning for the AJ1 Chicago is that they won’t even acknowledge or address it. They straight pulled a @Ticketmaster. Disappointing.
