This recent peace has proven something, you don’t beg bullies to stop bullying you. You bully them back.
You make them realize you are capable of inflicting more pain on them.
For those who love bigotry against Yoruba, we have more receipts of your regions misfortune. But we wait!!!
He is far ahead in his approach to religion. What stands out about him is his willingness to approach faith with logic, critical thinking, and intellectual depth rather than relying solely on tradition or blind acceptance.
He encourages a more thoughtful understanding of religious beliefs, challenging people to think deeply about what they believe and why they believe it. This is the kind of leadership that makes a pastor stand out.
Having a pastor who encourages both spiritual growth and intellectual development is truly valuable.
Undoubtedly, I have been a strong advocate of good governance in my dear State, and this has endeared me to the current administration of His Excellency, Governor AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq. Since all wrongs cannot be corrected within the space of two terms, the continuity of the good governance that has been resuscitated over the past seven years is non-negotiable.
In light of the above, and just like my Principal, I join well-meaning Kwarans to declare my full support for the candidacy of the Rt. Honourable Speaker, Salihu Yakubu Danladi, to be the next Governor of Kwara State.
Let me conclude by stating that this declaration is neither a mere show of affection nor a loyalty bought by resources; it is born out of a genuine desire for good governance, conferring utmost responsibility, putting the people of Kwara first, and ensuring that established good policies are sustained while any shortcomings are decisively corrected.

The President has done so well for price of fuel to be the only major campaign point for the opposition going into the general elections.
Not ASUU strike
Not major insecurity agenda
Not lack of infrastructural investment
Not Pensioners complaining
Not lack of FDI
Major shift.
We will overcome inflation.
Our senatorial district deserves a competent, experienced, and capable representative at the Red Chamber in the 11th senate. His Excellency AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, CON, Sardauna of Ilorin Emirate, is the SENATOR WE NEED.

DECLARATION OF SUPPORT FOR THE APC CANDIDATE FOR GOVERNOR OF KWARA STATE.
Preamble:
Good evening ladies and gentlemen, especially my fellow Kwarans.
As you may be aware, I am one of the vocal critics of the current APC administration in our dear State of Harmony; but one thing I have made sure to be consistent about, in the past years of being a critic. is that the criticisms were not out of spite or personal dislike for anyone in government. Rather, demands for good governance, accountability, fairness, equity and the best interest of our State.
As we approach the next election circle in Nigeria, it has become necessary to actively be involved in the affairs and decision making of our State. As such, after wide consultation with fellow Kwarans at home and in the diaspora, professionals, and young people whose only demand is that government should be felt in their daily lives, I have reached a considered position on the 2027 governorship election in Kwara State.
Those consultations were not ceremonial or for personal aggrandisement. They were objective and frank. They returned, again and again, to the same concerns: that public office must produce visible results; that competence must matter more than noise; and that equity and fairness must not remain slogans reserved for campaign season, our people must see it and feel it.
Kwarans are tired of governance that is announced but not experienced. They want schools that work, roads that last, hospitals that treat, farms that pay, security that holds, and a government that can be questioned without fear. It is on that basis, and not on common sentiment, that I declare my support for the candidate of the All Progressives Congress, Rt. Hon. Yakubu Salihu Danladi (SYD), Speaker of the Kwara State House of Assembly, as the next Governor of Kwara State. @SalihuDanlad
The case for competence:
Kwara does not need another season of promises. It needs a governor who understands the machinery of government, can carry the legislature and the party with him, and can turn policy into outcomes that reach the ward, the market, the farm, and the classroom.
No doubt, SYD comes to this contest from the legislature, where he has served as Speaker and has had to manage competing interests, pass laws, and account to a constituency beyond his immediate circle. The party primary of 22 May 2026 produced him as the APC flag-bearer, even though I supported a different aspirant. However, that internal contest is over. What remains is the larger question Kwarans must answer on election day: who is best placed to govern among the candidates across different parties who are waiting to be elected into the office of the Governor of Kwara State.
My support rests on the expectation that, when he, SYD, wins, he will govern as a competent executive, not as a beneficiary of political arrangement. Competence, in this context, means the capacity to set priorities, choose capable hands, spend public money with discipline, and measure success by what citizens can see and use.
Equity and fairness to all:
Good governance in Kwara cannot be the property of one faith, one generation, or one circle of influence. Equity is not a favour. It is a condition of peace and legitimacy. As such, Kwara North, Kwara Central, and Kwara South must all see themselves in the government that emerges. So must Muslims and Christians, the old and the young, women and men, the civil service, the market, the farm, and the professional class.
Appointments, projects, and opportunity must follow need and merit, not only proximity to power. SYD's candidacy offers a practical opening for that balance. A government led by him will be judged, in part, by whether every part of the state can point to a fair share of attention, and whether no community is governed as an afterthought. Fairness to all is not a concession to any bloc. It is the minimum standard of a government that intends to last in the confidence of the people.
This is not a blind endorsement:
Let me be plain. This declaration is not a blank cheque. It is not a pledge to applaud every decision, defend every appointment, or excuse every failure. It is a willingness to support a candidacy that has been presented as a vehicle for good governance, equity, and fairness, and to hold that candidacy to those words.
Support, properly understood, includes the right and the duty to speak. I will continue to offer feedback, in private where that serves the state, and in public where silence would fail the people. Room for accountability is not hostility. It is the difference between partnership and capture.
We expect:
a. clear programme, with timelines, on education, health, agriculture, infrastructure, jobs, and security;
b. spread of projects and appointments that Kwarans in all three senatorial districts can recognise as fair;
c. openness to criticism from party members, opposition, civil society, traditional institutions, and the diaspora;
d. zero tolerance for the use of public office to settle personal or factional scores; and
e. regular accounting to the people, not only at election time.
A call to Kwarans at home and abroad:
I therefore call on well-meaning Kwarans, in the sixteen local government areas and across the diaspora, to look past rumour and personal grievance and to consider this candidacy on its merit.
To those at home: examine the record, attend the engagements, ask the hard questions, and vote with the future of your children in view. To those abroad: your remittances, your skills, and your voice still belong to this state. Distance is not an excuse for indifference. Kwara is built by those who stay and by those who refuse to forget it.
This call is not a demand that anyone surrender judgment. It is an invitation to join a project whose test will be simple. Did life in Kwara become fairer, safer, and more productive? Did government become something people could feel?
Conclusion:
Kwara has had enough of governance that stops at the gate of Government House. The task before us is to elect a competent leader, insist on equity and fairness to all, and keep the door open for correction.
On that understanding, I support Rt. Hon. Yakubu Salihu Danladi of the All Progressives Congress for Governor of Kwara State in 2027. The support stands. So does the duty to speak when the state requires it.
Signed:
Muhammed Ndakudu Adam Esq

I have missed my daughter's first steps. I have missed several Eid. I have missed birthdays.
I nearly went blind and deaf. I nearly missed my own father's Janaza prayers when he passed away. That is what I have given.
I have slept in the bush with mosquitoes as my pillow. I have been shot at. I have seen friends die beside me. I have carried wounded colleagues on my back.
I have been shot at. I have been ambushed. I have seen friends d!£ beside me. I have carried wounded colleagues on my back and prayed they would live. I have written letters to widows. I have attended funerals of men I called brothers.
I have stood at checkpoints in the scorching sun. I have walked through forests in the rain. I have left my family so that yours can sleep in peace. #Sentinel

I think it’s BAT, but I understand why people would say it is Fashola.
I would argue that the development of Singapore is widely attributed to Lee Kwan Yew today because he served long enough for the benefits to trickle in under his leadership. If he had served only 8 years, he would have been praised, yes, but not for the level and kind of genius that he is.
Factor one: The most important factor surrounding Fashola’s achievement was the fact that the revenue problem that plagued most Nigerian governors was never a problem for him. By the time he got into office, Lagos made very decent income, and there was an established policy that allowed that revenue to keep increasing. This financial engineering was done by BAT.
Factor 2: LAMATA and the urban transport plan were are BAT’s idea. It was on the back of this that the BRT and other transport-related infrastructure were set up eventually.
Factor 3: Traffic was always a big issue with Lagos. You think it's bad now, but this is the best it has been in maybe 45 years. BAT established LASTMA in 2000 to manage traffic and road safety. Fashola would later build on this.
I'll stop here.
If Nigeria vote in a great person in 2031, and they take advantage of all the painful reforms BAT has implemented, by then Nigeria might have a GDP growth of 10%, the true prosperity would be under their leadership and most might just remember them as the best President ever. But as we say in Yoruba “bi ounta o ba ta, kinni ounra o ra”.
It’s high time one addresses this folly.
Isn’t it asininity for you to take 1 criteria, cherry-pick extreme examples, then act like it’s the ONLY criteria used?? Can’t grasp the difference between a baseline requirement and a sole qualification??
To rule a Yoruba people, ability to speak Yoruba is ONE criteria, does it mean any runt that speaks it can lead? No!, that’s just ONE requirement numb skull.
No one criteria exists in a vacuum.
To be President, you must be Nigerian, why not ask stupid questions like “so you will rather pick Hushpuppi as President over Mamdani just cos he’s Nigerian?, Give us a foreigner joor!”
Also scrap academic criteria for Presidency too cos “Would you pick Peller over Razaq Okoya just cos Peller finished secondary school and Okoya didn’t??”
Scrap Uni degrees as criteria for jobs cos “Would you pick Bobrisky for your company over Mr Innocent that owns Innoson Motors just because Bob has a degree and Mr Innocent doesn’t??
What sort of brain numbing gibberish is being normalized on this app all in the name of “APC hate”??
Being Nigerian is a baseline requirement. That doesn't mean any Nigerian is fit for office.
Speaking the local language is a baseline to lead a community. That doesn't mean fluency alone makes you a ruler.
Picking the absolute worst candidate under a single requirement to pretend the requirement itself shouldn't exist is pure stupidity. But then again, I’m no more shocked, day by day, the bias behind these seemingly innocent skewed posts gets exposed.
PUBLIC APOLOGY TO MR. PRESIDENT, BOLA AHMED TINUBU
In 2023, I campaigned and voted for Atiku Abubakar because I genuinely believed he was the best candidate at the time. Looking back today, that is one decision I am honestly ashamed of.
After testing President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s leadership for almost three years, I have made up my mind to give him another four years.
His economic reforms, the removal of fuel subsidy, efforts to stabilize the Naira, the end of the fuel queues we used to experience, the reduction in ASUU-related disruptions in our universities, NELFUND supporting Nigerian students, the availability of CNG at cheaper prices, and the improvements we are seeing in the fight against insecurity are some of the things I have seen under this administration.
I may not agree with everything the government is doing, but I cannot ignore the progress I believe has been made.
For these reasons, I have decided to correct my 2023 mistake.
In 2027, I will campaign and vote for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
Sometimes, admitting that you made the wrong decision is not weakness. It is maturity.
2023 was Atiku. 2027 is BAT.

The guy who came to greet Ramsey Nouah at the end, is Tope Adebayo. People might remember him as Waheedi in Jennifer.
Brother to Femi Adebayo, but now more into film directing.
He directed.
1) Jagun Jagun
2) king of thieves
3) Kesari the king
4) Kesari
5) Her excellency
6) Jelili
7) inside life
8) Crossroads
9) Ori rebirth
10) Aseyiowu
And a bunch of others.
He is more like the Finneas to Femi Adebayo’s Billie Eilish.
To every action, there is equal and opposite reaction. I will use myself as an example. I am from Ogun State, but some of my extended family members are from Lagos. Sounds strange right? Lagos, as a State, was created in 1967 and Ogun in 1976. My people have existed as one. Till today, part of my panegyrics is the same with that of many indigenous Lagosians.
Ọmọ iwájú ọlọ́kọ̀ tí n sowó,
Ẹ̀yìnkulé ọlọ́kọ̀ tí ń sèjìgbà ilẹ̀kè
Ògèdègédé ọlọ́kọ̀ tí ń tàn yẹbẹyẹbẹ lójú omi
Ọmọ ká fọ̀pá wàá, ká fàjẹ̀ wàá,
Ká fògèdègédé ọwọ́ wakọ délẹ̀ Ìṣẹri
Back to the discussion at hand. I wasn't really interested in the affairs of Lagos. It's like the properties of my distance cousin. But when we start seeing videos of people in far away Anambra and other Eastern States holding meetings and saying "Lagos is not negotiable, we have to capture Lagos," my sense of preservation will be triggered. It would be stupid of any Yorùbá person to watch people with conquest mentality take over Yorùbá Land.
