If the apology is sincere then refund me for such an awful nights stay at Premier Inn

[Premier Inn @premierinn]

@creativeizm We sincerely apologise for any further frustration and disappointment that has been caused, Harmony in relation to our outcome on this occasion. Rest assured your feedback has been acknowledged and will be used for future improvements. We do hope we can welcome you again. Jade

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

I've already sent you DMs, your reply has been the same, you aren't going to refund me because you didn't see any bed bugs. Absolute disgrace.

[Premier Inn @premierinn]

@creativeizm Hi Harmony, thanks for getting in touch. We're so sorry to hear of the upset caused. Please can you send us a DM so we can investigate this further for you? Thanks, Melissa https://t.co/ddeJQPEZxh

Terrible service from yourselves, the guarantee of a good night's sleep means nothing. Being bitten by bed bugs in an old uncomfortable bed doesn't require a refund according to yourselves. 1st & last time I'll stay at a Premier Inn. Disgusting.

[Premier Inn @premierinn]

@creativeizm Thanks for that, Harmony. Please be assured that we've located your DM and since responded. Please kindly check your inbox. Courtney

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

I have sent you a DM with requested details.

[Premier Inn @premierinn]

@creativeizm Hi Harmony, we're extremely sorry and very concerned to hear about your recent experience with us. If you could just please send us a DM with your full name, email address, reservation number and date of arrival for security purposes so that we can assist you further. @premierinn my first stay at one of your hotels - I get bitten by bed bugs in a very uncomfortable bed. Got moved to another room & slept well 2nd night. Given details by hotel to complain, yet you won't refund me the money for a terrible stay?'m taking this further

Every person has the power to heal themselves.

But how do we actually heal?

A Simple Guide:

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

@sandwellcouncil @SandwellNhoods @sandwellroads So you can't let the gas works finish first that are flooding Oldbury? Just adding more? Soon won't be able to get off my road. Not happy at all with the planning of all this.

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

Such sad news 🙏🏾

[EBONY @EBONY]

Rest in power to the original champ, #CarlWeathers. Weathers, who starred as Apollo Creed in the first four "Rocky" films has sadly passed away at the age of 76.

His impact will not be forgotten.

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

I'm so done with the ridiculous amount of roadworks & road closures all happening simultaneously in Oldbury & Smethwick. Whoever ticks this off as being ok at @sandwellcouncil should be sacked! Most stressful place to drive I know 😡🤬

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

First mountain hike, #Snowden. Hardest trail taken, the Watkin. Superb views but difficult hike.

When they told you the vaccine worked - then claimed in the same breath that the unvaccinated were a danger to the vaccinated … common sense should’ve immediately told you this made zero sense and it was time to start questioning everything.

[Robert W Malone, MD @RWMaloneMD]

Stop the mRNA genetic "vaccines". The technology is not safe.

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

Oldbury is going downhill, its constant roadworks, council just seem to let them continue, even when there's not even any workmen doing anything.
Looking on Google maps and its always red roads, everywhere! Stressful.

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

@sandwellroads is anybody monitoring the total chaos the roadworks are causing in Oldbury? Taking over an hour to do usually 10 min journeys? Roundabout by Asda/Aldi is gridlocked. Other side rds also roadworks same time with diversions. Worst place to live & drive right now.

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

@BBCMotherland @missdianemorgan Really hoping there is S4 coming soon. We need so many more episodes of this show. @TheBBCtv #motherland

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

Grateful. That's it.

[Harmony 💞 @creativeizm]

@BhamCityCouncil is there fireworks NYE in town?

[Howard Beckett @HowardRBeckett]

Judge this morning rules that deporting refugees to Rwanda is “legal”.

• Making Rosa Parks sit at the back of a bus was legal.
• Concentration Camps in Germany were legal.
• Colonialism was legal.
• Denying women the vote was legal.

Legal does not make it just or right.

[Jeremy Corbyn @jeremycorbyn]

I am appalled to hear that the Rwanda scheme has been ruled lawful.

The plan to deport refugees to a country they have never known remains profoundly immoral.

History remembers those who stand up for humanity. That will include those who resist this heinous act of cruelty.
