@officecmbihar @PMOIndia @MungerDm Janta Darbar 12/26 ka matter 8 mahine se pending hai. RTI, portal aur CM grievance, kahin se nyay nahi mil raha.

1. Janta Darbar: CO Sadar, Munger office se maine offline report maangi thi. Mujhe bola gaya ki jaankari “online hi di jayegi.” Aaj tak koi report ya thos karwai nahi hui.

2. RTI: Jaankari portal pe RTI No. BR260912000244 ko 33 din ho gaye, Section 7(1) ke 30 din ke baad bhi koi jaankari nahi mili. Meri baaki RTIs mein bhi yahi haal hai.

3. Portal error: 1st Appeal karne gaya to portal rok raha hai: “Only 33 days have passed.” RTI ka jawab nahi, aur appeal ka raasta bhi band.

4. Mukhyamantri portal: Maine CM portal pe bhi kai baar shikayat ki. Meri shikayat ka samadhan kiye bina use “disposed/resolved” kar diya gaya. Agar shikayat bina nyay ke band ho jaye, to sarkar ki is pahal ka fayda ground level par Victim ko kaise milega?

5. Asar: 8 mahine se meri aarthik haani aur mansik pareshani ho rahi hai.

Meri maang:
✅ Matter ki jaanch kar CO Sadar, Munger se report turant dilwayi jaye
✅ Mere RTIs ka poora jawab diya jaye
✅ Portal error theek kar 1st Appeal allow ki jaye
✅ Meri CM portal shikayatein dobara kholkar asli samadhan diya jaye
✅ Samay par jawab na dene wale PIOs par Section 20 ke tahat karwai ho

Urgent intervention requested from senior authorities regarding a serious land dispute in Sadar, Munger, Bihar.

My ancestral/raiyati land dispute has been pending before the local administration for a considerable period. I have submitted complaints on the Sahyog Portal at least 5 times, yet the grievances appear to be disposed of without resolving the core issue.

An inquiry has already been conducted, but despite the inquiry, no clear and reasoned written conclusion has been provided regarding the actual status and rights over the disputed land.

I am also facing serious concerns regarding attempts to forcibly take possession of the disputed land, attempts to falsely implicate/frame me, and actions which I apprehend may be part of a deliberate conspiracy to put me under pressure. I request the authorities to independently verify these concerns on the basis of facts and evidence.

For the last six months, this dispute and the continuous uncertainty surrounding it have caused me severe mental and physical distress. It has also resulted in significant financial losses, and I am unable to properly concentrate on my work and livelihood because of the continuing situation.

Despite repeatedly approaching the administration, I am still living under constant fear and insecurity.

I respectfully request senior authorities to:

• Review all my previous complaints and their disposal.
• Examine why repeated complaints are being closed without resolving the core grievance.
• Conduct an impartial examination of the revenue records and all relevant documents.
• Provide a clear, reasoned and written decision regarding the disputed land based on the records and applicable law.
• Investigate any attempt at forcible possession, false implication or intimidation, if supported by evidence.
• Take appropriate steps regarding my safety and security as per law.
• Ensure that the matter is monitored at the senior level until an actual resolution is reached.

I am not seeking any favour—only a fair, impartial and lawful resolution. Please do not treat this matter as merely another “Disposed” complaint without addressing the actual grievance.
