Many new leaders wait for approval.
True leadership doesn't need permission or authority.
It only needs a bit of curiosity, courage, and determination.
Here is the deal.
Whether you are conscious of it or not.
You are always leading.
You are leading yourself and others towards either a Better or Worse version of themselves.
Lead wisely.
I often wonder what is the secret to a happy life here is what I got thus far:
β’ Mindfully enjoying the passage of time
β’ While contribution to the advancement of the human condition
There are 3 things that I Hate more than anything:
1. Constantly stressing out about progress;
2. Feel miserable if I don't achieve my goals;
3. Be Disappointed when inconsistent.
What if we could look at discipline more like the Art of developing a skill masterfully
5/ Because that, at the end of the day, this is what will make the real difference between slowly decaying and becoming obsolete and consistently growing, becoming the best version of ourselves.
1/ Be very careful with what you model,
Because Practices are Inevitable! Whatever you do constantly.
That is what will become a practice.
What you DO and what you MODEL on a daily basis is what will become βStandard Practice,β spreading like wildfire.
4/ If being compliant is more important than taking calculated risks to find the most appropriate solution. THIS becomes a Practice.
When everything you do is fundamentally transactional,Β THIS becomes a Practice.
Choose wisely what you wish to become a practice.
75% of Americans say that their βboss is the most stressful part of their workday.β I canβt stop wondering: is it the boss or the environment where the boss operates?
5/ These are the lessons we should learn as creative leaders. Be less like a conductor who follows a predefined score & more like a Jazz musician who is allowed to explore different voices.

What can Jazz teach us about Creative Leadership?
Most of the time, we see leaders as orchestra conductors.
But What if we saw them more as Jazz musicians?
4/ Actively Listen β Every musician has the opportunity to solo, and together, the band creates something NEW. But to do so, They have to Listen carefully and respond.
