I often wonder what is the secret to a happy life here is what I got thus far:

• Mindfully enjoying the passage of time

• While contribution to the advancement of the human condition

There are 3 things that I Hate more than anything:

1. Constantly stressing out about progress;
2. Feel miserable if I don't achieve my goals;
3. Be Disappointed when inconsistent.

5/ Because that, at the end of the day, this is what will make the real difference between slowly decaying and becoming obsolete and consistently growing, becoming the best version of ourselves.

1/ Be very careful with what you model,
Because Practices are Inevitable! Whatever you do constantly.
That is what will become a practice.

What you DO and what you MODEL on a daily basis is what will become “Standard Practice,” spreading like wildfire.

4/ If being compliant is more important than taking calculated risks to find the most appropriate solution. THIS becomes a Practice.

When everything you do is fundamentally transactional, THIS becomes a Practice.

Choose wisely what you wish to become a practice.
