Amazing sessions last week as part of the @creativesch Symposium like this one with our amazing partners @THAMES_Music & @_TheWhitechapel. Upper KS2 teachers and KS3 upwards join us next week for the symposium closing session WED 29th with @artmattersldn https://t.co/OSwtFcniqP
Yesterday evening, Mr Roe was one of the presenters at this art session for teachers across many schools. It's so great to be part of these networks and partnerships and to continue on our learning journey.
In the build up to Ofsted, Iβve done my best to look after my wellbeing.
So far, Iβve tried:
-exercising
-eating healthily
-journaling
-more sleep
-medication
-herbal remedies
-vitamin supplements
-cutting down on carbs/sugar/alcohol
-mindfulness
-meditation
-personal and professional coaching
-counselling
-listening to self-help books
-podcasts
-reading fiction
-a range of apps for a range of things
All have undoubtedly made a difference, some have had a greater impact than others.
Question is, should it take this kind of effort to get through what could, and should, be a helpful and supportive process?
