SOS: FIRE OUTBREAK AT OLD GARAGE, ÒṢOGBO

There is currently a major fire outbreak at Old Garage, and emergency responders are battling to contain the situation. Reports indicate that firefighters on the ground are overwhelmed as the fire continues to spread.

Of serious concern is the fact that two filling stations are located dangerously close to the scene. If the fire reaches either of these stations, the consequences could be catastrophic for nearby residents, businesses, and road users.

We urgently call on relevant emergency agencies, additional fire service units, security personnel, and volunteers with firefighting equipment to mobilize and provide immediate support. Residents are also advised to stay away from the area to allow emergency teams unrestricted access and to avoid putting themselves at risk.

Please share this information widely and contact emergency responders if you have useful information or resources that can assist in containing the fire.
