💛CREATIZINE and its Creative team brought to life the maiden shoot for our Debut Digital Editorial Magazine Issue marking a bold new turn in Ghana’s creative scene. Reflecting our vision of amplifying Ghanaian and African creativity, and we can’t wait to share the experience.
In the 1980s, Ghanaian mobile cinemas moved from town to town with Generators, TVs & VCRs screening Hollywood films in rural areas with no electricity. With no printing access and without even watching the films, local Artists were commissioned to make posters for movie promotion relying on pure instincts, memories and creativity.
Today, @DeadlyPreyGalry is preserving these hand-painted movieposters.
