@RailwaySeva Thank you for your quick response. Soon after lodging the complain an attendant came and enquired about it. Within 30 minutes I got calls from authorities & they promised to check & take corrective measures for the broken parts today
As a consumer, really glad for quick response.

Travelling by Ispat Express, seat no D9, 36. Footrest for my seat is not available. Though the tray is there but locking system is broken. Same condition for most of the seats.
Not blaming railways but authorities need to look into this matter.
