@WilliamofKent@AndyBulFor@DPJHodges They wont and never have, costs too much to prosecute so not in the public interest. Fails at the first test. Assuming you get licence as soon as brought to your attention. This is just hysterial noise.
@fionahtweet@AndyBulFor@DPJHodges Yes you would providing you obtained the licence as soon as brought to your attention. The only people who get prosecuted are landlords who refuse or ignore multiple reminder letters.
@bejeka20 @SpeechUnion If there are plea bargains even more people would plead guilty. She basicaly feared going to jail for a longer term. She would have been advised that by pleading guily she would get the full discount off her sentence.
@FlipAllison@5sec2midnight@LBC She would have if she had applied. Mayby not at magistrates but certainly within a week or two if put in front of a judge.
@Hepworthclare@midas1380@Bbmorg I dont think there is an issue. They just get through loads of people very efficently. Ive had two visits to eye A@E one at Sunderland and one at Newcastle. Both great outcomes with hardly any waiting. Follow up ops within weeks I really have no complaints.
@LBC@TomSwarbrick1@GlobalPlayer Jeez Tom, not this guy again, he hurts my ears ๐ surly you can get someone a little more balanced. He would argue black is white, just cant take him seriously.
