This does not look good on the controller from preliminary information and this ATC audio. Truck 1 was cleared to cross RW04, moments later the controller tells Frontier 4195 to stop where they are. Immediately following that he begins saying “Stop stop stop stop Truck 1 stop” There’s a reason we have call signs and a reason they go before ATC commands, it allows the operator to realize that they are being communicated with. This was not proper radio communication and unfortunately the fact that just seconds before ATC was telling Frontier 4195 to stop may have caused Truck 1 to ignore the command not realizing it was for them.

Wow, incredible driving from @OscarPiastri all weekend long. Unfortunately horrendous strategy calls from @McLarenF1 leave the door wide open for Verstappen. Incredibly frustrating but not at all surprising.
